How much does pressure washing cost?
It depends on square footage and surface condition, which is why we built an instant quote instead of publishing a single price that would be wrong for most properties. Put in your address and you get a real number in about a minute, calculated from public property records. There is no sales visit and nothing is booked until you say so.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need access to the areas being cleaned and a working outdoor spigot. If there is a gate code, a dog, or anything we should know about, tell us when you book. We photograph before and after either way, so you can see exactly what happened while you were out.
Will pressure washing damage my siding?
High pressure will. That is why we do not use it on siding. House washing is done at low pressure with a cleaning solution that releases the growth, then rinsed at a pressure closer to a garden hose. Force drives water behind lap siding and past window seals, and the damage does not show up the same day, which is why it keeps happening to people.
Can you get the green off my driveway?
Almost always, yes. Green on concrete is algae growing on top of the slab, not a stain in it, and it releases with the right solution. The colour underneath is usually intact. The common exception is concrete that a previous contractor has already etched with too much pressure, which cannot be reversed.
What about oil stains and rust?
Oil that has soaked into old porous concrete will usually lighten substantially rather than disappear completely. Rust from fertilizer or irrigation often needs a separate treatment. We will tell you which of those you are dealing with before we start rather than after we have your money.
How long does a job take?
A typical driveway runs one to three hours. A house wash is usually a half day. A house and driveway together is generally a single visit. Larger properties, heavy staining, or commercial work take longer and we will give you a realistic window when we quote.
What days do you work?
On-site jobs run Friday through Sunday. Calls, quotes and scheduling happen during the week — Monday and Wednesday from the afternoon, Tuesday and Thursday from 5pm. You can submit a quote request any time and we will pick it up.
What areas do you serve?
South metro Atlanta. Fayette, Clayton, Coweta, south Fulton and Henry counties, including Fayetteville, Peachtree City, Tyrone, Jonesboro, Riverdale, Forest Park, Morrow, Newnan, Senoia, Union City and Fairburn. If you are near the edge of that, ask and we will tell you straight.
Do you use my water?
Yes, for residential work we use an outdoor spigot at the property. Commercial jobs where water access is limited are quoted differently, so mention it when you reach out.
Are the before and after photos real?
Every result on this site is a job we completed. We do not stage photos, we do not use stock before-and-afters, and we do not shoot the after in different light to make the difference look bigger. That rule is the whole reason the company works the way it does.
Are you insured?
Yes. Hunt & Brown Co. is a registered Georgia LLLP, owner operated. If you need a certificate for an HOA or a commercial property manager, ask and we will provide it.
How often should this be done?
Most properties in this climate do well on a yearly cycle, usually in spring after pollen. Heavily shaded concrete and north-facing walls sometimes want twice a year. Commercial properties near an entrance are generally better on a set schedule, because surfaces cleaned on an interval never reach the state that needs aggressive treatment.
